Superior Quality Means Better Sell-Through

Every pumpkin and squash is grown, washed, graded, and shipped from our family-owned farm in the Skagit Valley of Mount Vernon, WA. Our retail partners know they can count on Bay Baby for superior quality season after season, which translates to better sell-through and less shrink.

Aggressive Pre-Planning for Peak Season Success

We take immense pride in the way we plan and strategize. We’re relationship centric, solve problems creatively, and always offer customization wherever possible. We meet with retail partners in January to plan sales and coordinate planting schedules, ensuring we grow exactly what you need, and deliver it when you need it. This intentional approach means better inventory management and premium products.

Our Answers to Your Frequently Asked Questions

What are your minimum order quantities?

Minimum order requirements vary by product and season. Contact our sales team for specific details.

When should I place my order?

We begin taking orders in January for the fall season. Early ordering ensures product availability and allows us to plan our planting schedules accordingly.

Do you offer custom designs or private label options?

We can work with you on custom Fruit Deco designs featuring your logo or artwork. Contact us to discuss custom opportunities.

What certifications do you hold?

USDA Organic (WSDA), GAP/GMP/HACCP (Primus), Women-Owned Small Business (WBENC), and we complete annual ethical social audits required by major retailers.

Can you accommodate last-minute orders?

Due to the nature of farming and our pre-sold model, last-minute orders are difficult to fulfill. We strongly encourage early planning and communication, but you can always drop us a line to see what’s possible.
