Why Work at Bay Baby Produce?

01. Family-Owned & Woman-Founded

We’re not a big corporate operation. Far from it, in fact. We’re a family business that treats our team like family, rather than like just a cog in a machine. Michele and Nate Youngquist are hands-on owners who don’t just say they care about creating a positive work environment, they actually do it.

02. Seasonal Work with Purpose

Every pumpkin we grow, grade, and ship brings joy to millions of people across the country. You’re not just working a job, you’re an integral part of bringing special traditions to life in a meaningful way.

03. Commitment to Ethical Practices

We maintain rigorous ethical and social standards, including regular audits to ensure safe, fair working conditions. We’re proud of how we treat our team and the land we farm.
