We are currently accepting applications for our Office Administrator. This position is a vital part of our team and we are looking for just the right blend of customer service skills, computer savvy and a go-getter attitude.
This key position will assist in the everyday operations of our office including; assisting sales staff, production needs and customer service. The candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and able to communicate both verbally and translate documents. We need a strong communicator who can adapt to the agricultural schedule.
General tasks include answering phones, greeting vendors, customers and business associates. Must be competent in MS Office programs, multi-line phones, and basic computer software. This position will maintain daily paperwork including; incoming product logs, injury logs and food safety documents. May also perform general tasks such as ordering office supplies, preparing/delivering FedEx shipments, checking the mail and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
Seasonally this position will assist HR in on boarding employees, including conducting bilingual (English/Spanish) orientations, distributing payroll and assisting with seasonal housing needs.
We are offering shared cost health benefits, vacation pay and a very competetive 401(k) with employer contributions. Position is hourly starting at $15+DOE.
